In Fall 2010, the David Geffen School of Medicine admitted 3.9% of its applicants. In Fall 2011, the School of Law admitted 20%. In 2012, the Anderson School of Management admitted 22.6%.[93]
According to the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Guide to Dental Schools, 44th Ed., the UCLA School of Dentistry had more than 1,465 applicants for 88 seats in the entering class of 2006. The average Dental Admissions Test (DAT) scores for admitted students in the entering class of 2012 were 22 on the academic portion and 21 on the perceptual aptitude portion.[94] In 1949 the Regents of the University of California authorized the School of Nursing as one of the professional schools of the UCLA Center for the Health Sciences.
